I wanted to share with you another series of shots from my shoot with the ever so talented Brad Stephens. This time, the black shirt. As always, shooting with Brad was so much fun and I knew I was guaranteed to see great photo’s at the end of it.
Way back in September last year, I had the pleasure of shooting with Brad Stephens. We created some shots for his book ‘Mans World’, which is all about styling the classic men’s white shirt. The book is still in progress, but with the last shots being done. Brad wanted to do some more shots with me for the book, and I LOVE how they’ve come out, these are my favourite. So of course I wanted to share some of them with you, and I’m so happy that a photo from this collection will now be the one featured in the
When I think of Dolce & Gabbana, I imagine luxurious colours, gold, black and rich reds, classic beauty with winged liner and bold red lips, and beautiful embellishments. A true Italian Bella style, the style you see on the D&G catwalk! I absolutely adore Dolce & Gabbana, and so I wanted to re-create my own look by using the high street to pull an outfit together. As much as I wish I could be draped in their clothes, my bank balance does not agree in the slightest! So sometimes we just have to create a high end look by purchasing from
Wood Watches by JORD We all love a good watch, from the classically simple to a chunky statement piece, but what about something different? Something unique and out of the ordinary? You need to check out JORD Wood Watches. They are just stunningly beautiful. The design is so different with the wood, and something I’ve not personally come across before. I received my JORD Wood Watch the other day, the Frankie Zebrawood & Champagne watch. It is such a unique watch, with beautiful natural markings in the wood and a stunning champagne coloured face. The watch face is very minimalistic which
Trying to find maternity clothes that are both comfortable and stylish can be a tricky task. I definitely think brands have got better, but I also think that sometimes the clothes are pretty standard, as if maternity style is pushed aside. Lets face it, if you are pregnant then you definitely will need to change your wardrobe at some point along the way. Personally I don’t want to be spending a fortune on maternity clothes, but I still don’t want to have to compromise on my own style. Luckily I was introduced to a European brand called Envie De Fraise who
Back in September I had the pleasure of doing a shoot with photographer Brad Stephens. Brad has been working on creating a book called ‘Mans World’, which will be made up of mainly Polaroid photos of models, stylists and me as a blogger in men’s shirts. I’m so excited to be sharing some of the shots with you, and even more excited for when the book is published and exhibited.
Lazy day? More like lazy weekend! Sometimes you just need those couple of days where you pretty much do nothing, but chill out in your pyjamas. And when it comes to these Mish London pyjamas, I couldn’t think of a better reason to lay on the sofa all day. Mish London are a new mix and match pyjama/nightwear brand, and I predict great things for them! The pieces are so comfortable, soft and well made. The designs are gorgeous, with so many to choose from! To make it better, you get to mix and match. I adore these feather print
The last of the three Violet & Wren looks I’m going to be sharing with you includes their gorgeous Kew Pyjama Pants. They are perfect for lazy days lounging at home, but yet again can easily be styled and worn as part of your everyday wardrobe. I kept the look simple like I did with the Orla shorts, as both pieces just speak for themselves.
Another beautiful piece of clothing from Violet & Wren, the delicate and feminine Orla shorts. Once again, they have created a stylish but ridiculously comfortable piece. Paired with a soft cream top and structured blazer, to keep the outfit looking subtle. I absolutely love the Orla shorts, they’re perfect for a summer’s day.
When you think of loungewear, you might imagine heavy fabrics and plain patterns, but add a bit of luxury and that’s where Violet & Wren come in. Pure silk, soft and feminine patterns, and just so comfortable to wear. Each piece is so soft and gentle against your skin, with style not compromised in any way. To make their designs even better, they are versatile. You don’t just have to wear the pieces as loungewear, they are so easy to incorporate into your everyday style. The first piece I wanted to share with you is this Sofia Cami, with beautiful
